Tandoori Specialities

Tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt with garlic, ginger, fresh herbs and several different freshly-ground spices, then cooked in a Tandoor, which is a barrel-shaped, open-topped clay oven fired by charcoal. All dishes are served with fried onions and salad.
